BARACUTA GETS AN ARTISTIC MAKEOVER FROM SLOWBOY

Mr. Slowboy and Baracuta put their creative thinking hats on for an artistic capsule collection, which is sure to make you want to take your paintbrushes out. That’s right, the talented London based fashion illustrator and artist, Mr. Slowboy! The collection undoubtedly includes the iconic Baracuta G9 Harrington Jacket.
They are like two peas in a pod when it comes to core values and interests, due to their love for creativity, art and colour, clearly shown in Slowboy’s captivating illustrations and Baracuta’s wide selection of multi-toned jackets. British heritage is something both parties can really agree on, Baracuta is a through and through British Brand, founded in the heart of Manchester, while Mr. Slowboy finds himself to adore British fashion, in fact, if you check out his illustrations, British fashion is plastered everywhere. The two have immense love for their loyal communities, which is something they always want to be connected with, while also being equivalently dedicated to sharing their journeys with them. Slowboy and Baracuta are both passionate about timeless pieces, Baracuta prides itself knowing their clothes can be worn time and time again, generation after generation. The three-piece collection features Baracuta’s signature piece, the G9 Jacket, also known as the Harrington Jacket in the colour Mist, which has been used as a beautiful art canvas for Mr. Slowboy, otherwise known as Fei Wang, who splattered his paints on it. He also jazzed up the inside pocket with an amusing illustration of himself wearing the same jacket from the collaboration, while clutching onto a tube of Mist coloured paint. Following this, is a coordinated bucket hat splashed with paint and lined with Fraser Tartan, Baracuta’s hallmark pattern. The collaboration is finished off with the Slowboy x Baracuta Washed Oxford Cotton Shirt. Slowboy’s aim is to show how artists’ clothing get messy with paints while in their creative zone. This capsule collection is nothing short of, dare we say it, a masterpiece, uniting British heritage and art, showing just how creative you can be with fashion!
